Additionally, if you are a pet owner, we do allow pets upon owner approval. We understand that pets are part of the family, and we are open to discussing the possibility of having them in our rental units. However, we do require proof of rabies vaccination and photos of your pets. This is to ensure the safety and well-being of all residents, including those who may have allergies or sensitivities to certain animals.
Our lease term is set at a minimum of 12 months. This allows for stability and consistency for both the tenant and the landlord. We believe that a longer lease term provides a sense of security and eliminates the need for frequent rental searches or negotiations.
When applying for one of our properties, we kindly request that you consider the following guidelines. We recommend that your monthly income be at least three times the monthly rent. This ensures that you have the financial means to comfortably afford the rental unit. We also suggest having a credit score above 600, as this demonstrates a responsible financial history.
To process your application fully, we require a $50.00 application fee per adult aged 18 and above. This fee covers the cost of background checks and credit inquiries. Additionally, we need verification of your income, which can be provided through paycheck stubs, employment contracts, tax returns, or any other lawful and verifiable source of income. A copy of your photo identification is also necessary for identification purposes.
