It is important to be cautious when searching for a rental property, as there are scams that target unsuspecting individuals. Main Street Renewal does not advertise on Craigslist, and we will never ask you to wire money or request funds through a payment app on your mobile device. In addition to the monthly rent, there are a few additional fees that may apply. For pet owners, there is a nonrefundable pet fee of $250, as well as a recurring monthly pet rent of $35 per pet (excluding service animals). If the home includes a pool, there will be a $150 per month pool maintenance fee to ensure the pool is well-maintained and safe for use.

Some of our properties may have additional Homeowner's Association (HOA) requirements. These requirements may include certain rules and regulations that residents must abide by. Our team will provide you with all the necessary information regarding any additional HOA requirements before you sign the lease.

Lastly, please note that the appliances, fixtures, and interior finishes in the property may be different from what is shown in the above photographs at the time of move-in.
